THE COMPANY
Lazarus Factory is the software company whose developers are experts in designing new software architecture, upgrading existing architecture, maintaining live applications, and integrating optimised database solutions. The team includes compiler specialists with extensive experience in Delphi, and in designing the open source tools Free Pascal and Lazarus.
EXPERIENCE
We have long experience of migrating and upgrading existing Delphi projects to be fully functional with current Delphi versions running on today’s operating systems. We can adapt older custom components and third-party libraries for today’s requirements, rebuilding or rewriting these to ensure they are future-proofed, thus keeping your existing code functional.
Migrating from Delphi to Lazarus and Free Pascal is also an attractive possibility since Lazarus can be used without cost whereas a Delphi licence is expensive. Cost is not the only consideration and you as a customer must decide which is the best path to choose in upgrading an existing codebase in which you have invested.

Process
Here we describe the used process.
Lazarus professional heeft bij ieder project een voorstelbaar proces om het tot een goed einde te brengen - Intake (Doorspreken van de klant behoefte) - Presentatie Lazarus professional Waarin de probleemstelling besproken wordt inclusief een of meerdere oplossingen met daaraan gekoppeld een tijdspad en een kostenindicatie. - Na een Go wordt er een projectplan opgesteld zodat er heldere afspraken zijn voor alle betrokkenen. - Het project plan wordt uitgevoerd. Lazarus professional werkt volgens Agile methoden zodat er met regelmatige interval geëvalueerd en desnoods bijgestuurd kan worden zodat alle stakeholders van het project bediend worden.
